Welcome to PDFSolving (from this point onwards "the Service.") The Service offers its users solely a web application which allows users to manipulate documents through online software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PDFSolving ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PDFSolving provides online PDF processing tools including but not limited to PDF conversion, editing, merging, splitting, compression, and other document manipulation services.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms of service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, process, or transmit through our service any content that:

• Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party

5. Document Processing and Privacy

5.1 Document Handling

When you upload documents to our service, we process them solely to provide the requested conversion or editing services. We do not read, analyze, or use the content of your documents for any other purpose.

5.2 Data Retention

All uploaded documents and processed files are automatically deleted from our servers after conversion of upload, unless you specifically save them to your account (for registered users).

5.3 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Service Content

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PDFSolving and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription Plans

We offer a free plan. We provide every tool for free and you can use every tool unlimitedly without any payment.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PDFSolving regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and PDFSolving relating to your use of the service.
